Background
I spent my career in high-mix, low-volume AS9100 machine shops — the most regulated, unforgiving environment in manufacturing. Every part is traceable, every supplier is accountable, and every dollar of cost has to be justified.
If you can cut cost and improve quality there, you can do it anywhere. That experience is what I bring to every engagement: practical sourcing, supplier, and cost work built for the way job shops actually run.
