Project Services
You may cancel a project in writing before work begins for a full refund of any prepayment. After work begins, you pay for work performed and approved expenses incurred through the cancellation date, and any prepaid amount for work not yet performed is refunded within thirty (30) days.
Retainers
Retainers renew month to month and may be cancelled with thirty (30) days’ written notice; email is sufficient. Fees for the notice period remain due. Partial months are not refunded, and unused retainer time does not roll over.
Surplus Material and Equipment Sales
All surplus material and equipment sales are as-is and final, with no refunds.
